This outstanding Office Center sets itself apart with its high class equipment, yet friendly atmosphere in a central, quiet neighbourhood. The floor, with 135m², spread across 4 offices provides a total of 7 working stations. The floors above and below are leased by architecture offices. All working stations are already fitted with well-engineered equipment such as executive-class VoIP-telephones, two ergonomic screens with monitor arms per station, a binaural head-set from Sennheiser, ergonomic input devices from Microsoft as well as an operational PC or Thin-Client. The furniture consists of vertically adjustable desks from the premium-brand BOssE, whereas the ergonomic office chairs are from the premium-brands Dauphin and König + Neurath.
The coveted district St. Johannis in Nuremberg provides an excellent infrastructure. Within walking distance of the Office Center there is a bus station (34), as well as a tram station (6), latter of which connects to “Plärrer”, one of Nuremberg’s main transportation hubs, in 5 minutes. The inner-city is also within 15 minutes walking distance. Nuremberg’s Mainstation and the Autobahn A73 (2.7 km/1,67miles) are both about 10 minutes out, and the airport is 6,7km /4.2miles out and can be reached in 16 minutes. Within walking distance one can enjoy vegan, asian and italian cuisine as well as several supermarkets, drugstores and the clinic “Nord-Klinikum”.
